All core resins, pigments and functional additives are sourced from top global chemical suppliers: BASF, Clariant, Sun Chemical and Mitsui.
BASF’s specialized resins and additives are fully industrially validated, delivering stable batch consistency and enhancing ink curing efficiency, substrate adhesion and outdoor weather resistance. Clariant original pigments boast high color density and superior dispersion, avoiding pigment agglomeration and sedimentation. This greatly reduces printhead clogging and ink breakage, ensuring uniform, highly accurate color reproduction. Sun Chemical raw materials feature excellent yellowing resistance and stable rheology, supporting long-term high-speed continuous operation on mainstream printheads including Mimaki.
We implement a rigorous multi-stage raw material quality control system. All raw material samples pass strict laboratory testing before bulk procurement. Upon arrival, each batch is inspected for viscosity, purity and high/low temperature resistance, and verified through trial ink formulation and real printing tests. Only fully qualified raw materials are approved for mass production.
